1. 30-Day Return Window

Customers in the United Kingdom may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received

• Be returned in the original packaging

• Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow the steps below:

2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return authorization details and instructions.

3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping service.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility:
  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

• Non-Refundable Costs:
  Any original shipping fees paid at checkout (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
