Thank you for shopping with RETROVEA. You can track the status of your order anytime using your tracking number. Please read the instructions below to find and monitor your shipment.


1. How to Track Your Order

Step 1 — Check Your Email

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package in real time

Step 2 — Enter Your Tracking Number

You can track your order through:

  • Your shipping confirmation email
  • The carrier’s official tracking page (e.g., DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS)
  • Or the tracking page provided for your region

Step 3 — View Real-Time Updates

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment, depending on the carrier.


2. Tracking Status Definitions

Here’s what common tracking statuses mean:

  • Order Confirmed: We have received your order and started processing it.
  • Processing: Your item is being prepared and packed.
  • Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and is in transit.
  • In Transit: Your package is traveling to your local delivery center.
  • Out for Delivery: Your package is on its way to your address.
  • Delivered: Your parcel has been delivered successfully.

3. If Your Tracking Number Isn’t Working

Tracking numbers may need 24–48 hours to activate. If it still does not work after 48 hours:

  • Try again later — carriers sometimes slow to update
  • Check the spelling of your tracking number
  • Verify the email account used for the order

If the issue continues, please contact us.


4. No Tracking Update for Several Days

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, please reach out to us. We will contact the shipping carrier and provide support.


5. Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide an appropriate resolution — such as a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
