Shipping Overview

Where Are Items Shipped From?

Retrovea operates a global supply chain to ensure efficient order fulfillment. We work with fulfillment partners and warehouses located in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Asia.

Orders are shipped based on real-time inventory availability. Depending on stock levels, your order may be shipped from the United States, the United Kingdom, or our international warehouse in Asia. This model allows us to maintain product availability while offering a broader range of premium lighting designs.

Order Processing & Lead Time

Please allow approximately 1–5 business days for order processing. Most orders are delivered within 7-20 days from the date of purchase, depending on the destination, product type, and customs clearance.

Some products are made or assembled to order. These items may require extended production time, with lead times of up to 3–5 weeks. Specific lead times are clearly stated on individual product pages.

Estimated Delivery Date Changes

Delivery dates are estimates only and may change due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or global logistics disruptions.

If we are unable to deliver your order within 90 days of purchase, we will:

  • Notify you of the delay;
  • Offer the option to cancel your order; and
  • Issue a refund if the order is canceled.

Shipping Address Changes

Address Change Request Window

Customers may request a shipping address change within 3 calendar days of placing an order. Requests submitted within this window are generally processed without additional fees, provided the order has not yet been transferred to the shipping carrier.

After this period, address changes cannot be guaranteed, as the order may already be in transit. If a change is required, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address Changes After Shipment

Once a package has been picked up by the carrier, address changes or rerouting may result in additional fees imposed by the carrier. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is returned due to an unsuccessful address change or non-payment of carrier fees, original shipping costs and return fees may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Order Cancellation After Shipment

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped and are in transit. At this stage, the package is under the control of our logistics partners.

If you wish to return an item, you must wait until it has been delivered and then contact us for return instructions.

Shipping Time by Region

United States

Standard shipping is available for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 7–20 days from the date of order.

Canada

Standard shipping is available for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 10–25 days from the date of order.

United Kingdom & Europe

Orders are shipped via standard carriers such as Royal Mail or UPS. Estimated delivery time is typically 10–25 days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Australia

Standard shipping generally takes 15–30 days. Expedited shipping options may reduce delivery time to approximately 5–20 days, excluding handling time.

Other Regions

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method, typically ranging from 10–35 days.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is included unless otherwise stated. Expedited shipping options are available upon request and may incur additional charges. Please contact us prior to placing your order to receive a customized shipping quote.

Import Duties, Taxes & VAT

Import duties, taxes, and VAT are not included in product prices or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.

Customers may be required to provide additional documentation to customs authorities to complete delivery. Retrovea cannot control or predict customs-related charges or delays.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is damaged or confirmed lost during transit, please contact us promptly. Once verified with the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must request a carrier trace within 7 days of the delivery confirmation.

Failure to Receive Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address information or inability to receive the package, the carrier may return the order to us. In such cases, additional shipping, handling, or restocking fees may apply.

Returned orders may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus applicable shipping and processing costs.

Shipping Restrictions
